Seasonal sites are usually spoken for by January. We are honest about the queue rather than taking a deposit and hoping.
Rates
Monthly and seasonal

Electric is metered per site and billed monthly at the co-op rate, so a cool summer costs less than a hot one. Seasonal sites are in Loops B and C — B is full hookup on 50 amp, C is 30 amp.

Seasonal sites are usually spoken for by January and the waitlist runs about two years. Ask to go on it and we will tell you where you are.

Workamping
Mid-May to mid-September: 20 hours a week for a full-hookup site, laundry and propane.
On file
Insurance
Nightly stays do not need it. Seasonal sites and storage need current proof on file. No rig age limit — we look at condition, not the year.
Winter
What happens in the off season
Winter storage of the unit in place is included in the seasonal rate, which is the part people usually do not expect. Camping closes mid-October through April, but the plowed boat landing stays open to storage customers all winter. More on storage.
